Christina G. Alt is a shareholder and founding member of Nachmias Morris & Alt LLC. Previously, Christina gained experience as a trusts and estates attorney at two of Philadelphia’s largest, major law firms. Christina concentrates her practice in the areas of estate planning, estate and trust administration, charitable planning and fiduciary representation. She develops and implements estate plans and lifetime gifting strategies for high-net worth individuals. Christina advises clients regarding family business succession planning, pre-marital agreements, and tax-efficient charitable planning techniques, including the creation of charitable trusts and private foundations. Her practice includes the administration of substantial estates, providing advice to executors regarding post-mortem tax planning, and overseeing the preparation of federal and state death tax returns and fiduciary income tax returns. Christina also represents a number of charitable trusts and private foundations, and provides ongoing counsel to the directors and trustees regarding tax and compliance issues.
