Robert J. Haurin is an attorney with Nachmias, Morris & Alt, P.C.  Bob represents employers and management in all aspects of the employment relationship, including advising, representing, and defending employers of all sizes operating in public and private sectors and in union and non-union work environments. Bob defends organizations in cases alleging discrimination, harassment, retaliation, disability, leaves of absence, wage and hour, wrongful termination, discipline, and hiring as well as enforcement of restrictive covenants and non-disclosure agreements and other employment-related claims. In addition, Bob provides counseling and compliance advice to clients on the myriad of employment issues facing employers including leaves of absence, wage and hour matters, drug testing, and employee discipline issues.  His labor practice includes negotiating collective bargaining agreements, advising management on labor-management relations, and representing clients before administrative agencies, labor boards and in grievance and interest arbitrations.
